AIIM Florida Chapter Presentation Slides – April 2020

These are the presentation slides for the AIIM Florida Chapter webinar from April 23, 2020, entitled, "Create a Records and Information Program Dashboard. The presentation was designed to show how industry standards could be used to develop a program evaluation and provide "scoring" on the various aspects of your records management program. This would allow you to develop specific and prioritized recommendations for program enhancements (This will be covered in Part 2 presented on May 7, 2020.), and allow for a period-over-period evaluation to measure performance.
