On May 7, 2020, I presented the second of a two-part series concerning Creating a Records and Information Management Dashboard. In Part 1 I discussed how an organization might develop an auditing tool based on industry standards in order to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of their organization records and information management program.
Armed with that information, Part 2 discussed how to use the evaluation results to develop a strategic plan and best prioritize the resulting initiatives. The Zoom recording of the presentation is below.
